The Water Science
Behind The French Water Cure Diet®

One would expect that since we are composed on average 70% of water, we would have substantial knowledge of healthy water that goes in our bodies. However, of the two professions that would seem the most accountable to further this knowledge - Nutrition and Allopathic Medicine - neither address the science to any great extent. Nutritionists focus mainly on food science, while the American Medical Association does not recognize homeopathic remedies, of which water generally goes under. Nevertheless, both groups intuitively and actively back adequate hydration in the human body. Electrolytes research has been greatly furthered by Gatorade corporation. The ph factor of being more alkaline to offset overacidity is now entering acceptance in medical circles. Vortex flow research is little known but the practice goes back thousands of years. These international Water Researchers have contributed greatly to the understanding of what water can do for us and what we can be as human persons if we condition our water to the extent that these researchers have revealed.
To understand more about the real story of water, and how and why the French Water Cure Diet® was developed over the course of four years at our Atlantispa lab in Davenport, IA , watch "Water, the Great Mystery" at the end of this webpage.
