French Water Cure Diet Instructions

	With our patented method, you can easily make up to 300 54 ounce bottles of French Water Cure Diet® water out of ordinary tap or filtered water.
	You will need two empty 2-liter soda bottles and an optional small funnel. Remove labels and cut off soda bottle cap sealer with knife.
	Clean Water Transformer before first use. Insert into a bottle and fill 1/2 with water, shake for 30 seconds and drain. Repeat twice more. This removes any dust particles. This won't have to be repeated again.

	Directions: Fill one bottle 80% with any filtered water (approximately 54 ounces). Insert water cure transformer in filled bottle. Add 1/2 teaspoon of water cure electrolytes. Shake for 30 seconds. Let sit for one hour. Shake again for 30 seconds and pour water from one bottle to the other (use funnel for quicker transfer). Remove transformer from emptied bottle.
	Join bottles with water cure vortex flow connector.
	Using a firm surface for leverage, rotate water filled bottle to top with one hand grasping connector and other hand on top. Rotate to counterclockwise in circles until vortex appears. Then reverse flow with a clockwise motion until vortex appears and fully drains to bottom bottle.

	Repeat three more times. (Tip: If you are using cold water, the top water bottle may compress. If it does, simply unscrew connector slightly to relieve pressure). Unscrew filled bottle from connector. The water is now cured, and has living properties.
	Congratulations!
	You have just made one 54 ounce bottle of French Water Cure Diet® water! Make and keep an extra bottle of French Water Cure Diet® water. Simply store in 2-liter bottle on counter, away from sun and heat, but drink the same day for maximum effect. Or keep in refrigerator. For on the go, transfer with small funnel to 20 ounce water bottles (that are now good for something!) to take with you wherever you go.

You will need one small paper cup.	To monitor your usage, for weight loss, recovery purposes, maintaining extraordinary health, and to help guarantee this Diet method will work for you, use the hydromotivator monitor up to 5 times per day. It's especially important to use the monitor if you have weight or any other health issues.
